Common UAE visa refusal reasons and how we avoid them
What we see most often in files from Pakistani applicants, and the check we do before your file goes in.
Reason 1: Name spelled differently on documents
A name spelled one way on the passport and another on the CNIC or the application causes delay or refusal.
How we avoid it: We check that the name matches exactly across the passport, CNIC and application before submitting.
Reason 2: Previous overstay or unpaid fines
Travellers who overstayed an earlier visit visa, or left without cancelling a UAE work visa, can be refused until the record is cleared.
How we avoid it: Tell us about any earlier UAE visa. We explain what must be settled before a new application and when to apply.
Reason 3: Unclear passport scan
Phone photos with glare, cropped edges or unreadable machine-readable lines are sent back.

Yes. GDRFA Dubai's document list includes travel insurance that is valid in the UAE.
