Common Thailand visa refusal reasons and how we avoid them

Reason 1: Large or unexplained deposits
Money paid into the account shortly before the statement is printed, without income that explains it, makes the funds look borrowed.
How we avoid it: We review your account history in advance and match large transactions to salary slips or business turnover.
Reason 2: Unconfirmed or cancelled hotel bookings
The embassy warns that fake or unpaid-and-cancelled tickets or hotel bookings lead to rejection and possible blacklisting.
How we avoid it: We use bookings that stay confirmed and checkable for the whole processing period.
Reason 3: Employer cannot confirm the job
If the employer letter's contact number goes unanswered or HR cannot confirm your job and salary, the application is weakened.
How we avoid it: We check the employer letter and brief you so the company's listed contact can confirm your employment if asked.
Reason 4: Family files without proof of relationship
When a spouse or children apply together, a missing NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC) delays or weakens the file.

Can I apply while I'm outside Pakistan?
No. The embassy requires you to be physically in Pakistan during the whole e-Visa process.
Is there an urgent Thailand visa?
The embassy does not publish an express service. Apply at least 3 to 4 weeks before travel.
Do I need to print the e-Visa?
Yes. Airlines and Thai immigration require a printed copy; mobile copies are not accepted.
What is the Thailand Digital Arrival Card?
An official online arrival form completed before travel. The official website is tdac.immigration.go.th and the service is free.
What happens if a document is fake?
The application is rejected immediately and the applicant or agent may be blacklisted. We only use genuine, verifiable bookings.
Can one account apply for my family?
Yes. One e-Visa account can submit up to 10 applications at a time.
Which mission handles my application?

Yes. You can apply yourself on the official Thai e-Visa website and pay the fee at the embassy. The embassy's warning about fake bookings, the strict photo rules and the non-refundable fee are why many applicants have an agent prepare the file.
