3. Accuracy of Published Information

4. Quotations, Service Fees and Third-Party Costs

5. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
All service fee payments and deposit terms are agreed directly between the client and an authorized Travel Visa Pk adviser via official invoice, phone, or WhatsApp. Third-party consular fees and biometric centre charges paid directly to foreign governments or appointment providers are strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of the visa decision. Airline ticket cancellations and hotel refunds are governed by the specific fare rules and cancellation policies of the issuing carrier or property.
6. Applicant Responsibilities and Document Authenticity
Applicants are solely responsible for providing genuine, truthful, and authentic records. This includes verified CNIC, passport copies, Nadra Family Registration Certificates (FRC), authentic bank account statements with bank verification, tax returns, and employment no-objection certificates (NOC). Travel Visa Pk maintains a strict policy against submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered documentation.
