FAQs

Hunza Valley Tour: FAQs

How many days are enough for a Hunza trip from Islamabad?

At least 5 days by road covers central Hunza comfortably. 7–8 days lets you add Khunjerab Pass without rushing, or combine Hunza with Skardu or Naran.

What is the price of a Hunza tour package?

Our 5-day road package is quoted per person for groups of 4 or more. The final price depends on dates, hotel category and group size; we confirm it on WhatsApp.

When is the best time to visit Hunza?

April to October is the main season. Spring brings blossom, summer is best for high roads, and October has autumn colours.

Is the Khunjerab Pass open all year?

Since December 2024 the Khunjerab–Sost border crossing has operated year-round for trade and travel, as reported by Dawn. Snow can still close the road, especially in winter, so we check conditions before your trip.

Which documents do I need for a Hunza tour?

Original CNIC for adults and a B-form or juvenile card for children. Foreign guests need their passport and a valid Pakistani visa.

Can we fly to Hunza?

The nearest airport is Gilgit. Flights from Islamabad are short but weather-dependent, so we always plan a road backup.

Is the Hunza tour suitable for families?

Yes. We use private vehicles, family-friendly hotels and a relaxed pace with rest stops.

Can you customise the itinerary?

Yes. Tell us your dates, days and interests on WhatsApp and we'll plan a private tour.
