We check what you already have against the current official list and tell you what is missing. No charge, no obligation.
- Step 3
We build the file
Cover letter, sponsor and employment papers, bank statement explanation, translations and the forms, prepared the way the embassy expects to see them.
- Step 4
Appointment and fees
We book the slot, tell you the exact fee to pay on the day and brief you on what happens at the centre.
- Step 5
Review, submit, track
A second adviser reviews the file before submission, then we track it until the decision.
- Step 6
After approval
Tickets, hotel, insurance and transfers arranged in one place, so your trip is not five separate bookings.

Everything that can be done remotely, is
The document check, the list of what is missing, the cover letter, the forms, the appointment booking and the fee breakdown all happen on WhatsApp or by phone. Only the final look at originals needs you in the room.
Biometrics and appointments are in Islamabad
For nearly every country, the embassy or visa application centre you will attend is on the Islamabad side. We book the slot and tell you exactly which centre, what to carry and what it costs on the day, so the trip is a single planned one.
Families, workers and business travellers
Family visits to the UK and Europe, Gulf work and business trips, Umrah for extended families from Satellite Town and Saddar — different files, different evidence. We prepare the one that matches your case rather than a generic checklist.

FAQs
Rawalpindi: questions we are asked
Do you have an office in Rawalpindi?
No. Our only office is Mezzanine No. 122, Eagle Plaza, Fazal-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad, in Islamabad. Rawalpindi clients start on WhatsApp and visit Blue Area once, when originals need to be seen.
Which areas of Rawalpindi do you serve?
All of them — Saddar, Satellite Town, Raja Bazaar, Chaklala, Bahria Town, DHA, Westridge, Morgah, Peshawar Road, Airport Housing Society, Gulraiz and Adiala Road — through WhatsApp support and our Blue Area office.
Can my documents be checked without coming to Islamabad?
Yes, and that is how nearly every case starts. Send clear photos or PDFs on WhatsApp and an adviser checks them against the current official list for your country, free of charge.
How do I get to your office from Rawalpindi?
The Metro Bus from Saddar runs along Jinnah Avenue through Blue Area. By car it is usually 20–30 minutes from Saddar outside peak hours. Eagle Plaza is on Fazal-e-Haq Road.
Where will I give biometrics?
At the embassy or official visa application centre for your country. For most countries these are in Islamabad. We book the appointment and tell you the exact address, time and fee.
Is the first check really free?
Yes. The first document check and case assessment are free, and you get the price in writing before any work starts.
Do you work on Sunday?
The office is closed on Sunday, but advisers answer WhatsApp and calls. Monday to Saturday the office is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do you handle Umrah and tickets too, or only visas?
Both — Umrah packages, air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance, attestation and tours, for Rawalpindi clients on the same terms as Islamabad ones.
